donostia memories, part 9 (a.k.a. trip to getaria)

Next to last san-sebastain-post (I swear). In fact not really regarding Donostia but Getaria, a beautifully situated harbour half a bus-hour away. Visit highly recommended.

Not only for buying right by the harbour at ANCHOAS MAISOR an awesome quality of anchovies (in fact the best I’ve eaten in my life)), but also for the visit of one of the Txakoli-Producers there. Txakoli may be not the most complex wine of the world, but the better producers (as Txomin Etxaniz or K5) are worth a visit. A least because of a not less than just mindblowing landscape. So make an appointment and than have a decent sip or two as well as a brilliant view…
